A VELA UNVELUM

A Vela Unvelum is an architecture studio primarily focused on designing residential houses that celebrate the rituals and rhythms of everyday living. Each residential project is uniquely bound to it's site and is sensitively designed as an assemblage of spatial experiences that embodies the interests and aspirations of the client. The studio was formed in 2011 by Rosenell (Ross) Serrano, a registered Architect, who holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture degrees from the University of NSW. Ross also has a background in construction and has received the Certificate IV in Building & Construction from the HIA. The combination of Ross' training in Architecture and his on-site construction experience provides the studio with a skill set and knowledge to not only design bespoke houses but also the ability to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the design and buildability of each residential project. A Vela Unvelum offer a range of design services which include concept/masterplan design, sketch design and development, drafting and documentation, model-making and contract administration.
