John Scandurra & Associates is a Boutique practice providing an unusually high level of personalised Service and commitment to Architectural excellence. This briefing develops into a coherent architectural concept which also delivers something extra beyond Clients' expectations. From here, JSA progresses the concept through the complex building procurement process to reality. A collaborative relationship is sustained with the Client. Through regular communication, Clients are allowed their rightful sense of involvement in the procurement of their investment. Services. Engagement with JSA Architects begins with a Verbal Design Consultation. This is an interactive consultation between the Architect & the Client, to assess options for the development of a site or an existing building. This can be a one off consultation to enable clients to understand and expand their design opportunities. Or this can be an intermediate stage before entering a contract for full architectural services. JSA offers a comprehensive range of architectural services, including: Briefing & Site Analysis; Concept Design; Detailed Design; Documentation for & Administration of Town Planning/ Building & Plumbing Applications; Tendering; Building Contract Administration. Based in Redcliffe, the Principal, John Scandurra, has had over 20 years professional experience in the design of Schools, Houses, Townhouses & Apartments.
